Characteristic

1. wear resistance. TPU plastic raw material has excellent wear resistance, more than five times the wear resistance of natural rubber.
2. Tensile property. Tensile strength up to 70MPa, elongation at break up to 1000%.
3. Tearing performance. TPU has high tear resistance, tear strength is much higher than many commonly used rubber and plastic.
4. Folding performance. TPU products can maintain excellent bending resistance in different environments, which is one of the best choices of polymer materials.
5. Hydrolysis resistance. The water resistance of TPU under turbidity is good, and no obvious hydrolysis occurs in 1~2 year, especially the polyether series.

6. High-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. TPU has good antioxidant capacity; The temperature resistance can reach 120℃.
7. Oil resistance . TPU has very little affinity with non-polar mineral oil and is almost free from erosion in fuel oil (such as kerosene, and gasoline) and mechanical oil (such as hydraulic oil, oil,
lubricating oil, etc.).
8. low-temperature performance. TPU low-temperature resistance can usually reach -50℃ can replace the general PVC due to low-temperature embrittlement can not be applied in various fields, especially suitable for use in cold zone-related types of products.
