The DTR series is a high-performance TPR product designed by Dingzhi Polymer for daily and industrial applications. With a moderate hardness, it offers excellent elasticity (quick rebound after compression) and good abrasion resistance, ensuring long service life in high-contact scenarios.
Processable via injection molding and extrusion – common methods for TPR – it is non-toxic and meets global toy safety standards, making it ideal for shoe soles (providing comfort), pet chew toys (durability), and soft grips for tools/electronics (anti-slip). It balances flexibility and structural stability, adapting to diverse production needs.
Basic Properties of TPR
Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) is a versatile elastomer that combines rubber-like elasticity with plastic’s processability. It is non-toxic, soft to the touch, and offers good flexibility, making it suitable for both consumer and industrial applications. It also exhibits excellent adhesion to other materials like PP, PE, and ABS, expanding its usability.
