Relationship Between TPU-COND-80A VS TPU

TPU-COND-80A is a modified conductive grade of TPU. It is based on standard TPU resin with the addition of conductive or anti-static agents. It shares the same basic TPU structure as the standard TPU but serves different applications.

This modification endows TPU-COND-80A with excellent electrical conductivity and anti-static properties, which are not inherent in standard TPU. Standard TPU is primarily valued for its outstanding mechanical properties, such as high elasticity, wear resistance, and toughness, and it finds extensive use in general fields like footwear, hoses, and films.

In contrast, while retaining the fundamental mechanical advantages of TPU, TPU-COND-80A is specifically designed for applications where static control or electrical conductivity is crucial due to the introduction of conductive components.
