Product Description
DH-71D is a high-transparency TPU material from the DH series, which is ideal for applications that demand exceptional optical clarity and strong mechanical performance. It provides outstanding transparency at a thickness of up to 5–6 mm, along with high hardness, excellent tensile strength, tear resistance, and good elongation. Suitable for both injection and extrusion molding, it is widely utilized in light guide strips, pet toys, transparent belts, extruded pipes, jump ropes, and other high-visibility components where durability and clarity are crucial.
THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE TPU RAW MATERIAL
TPU is thermoplastic polyurethane and can be divided into polyester and polyether types. It has a wide range of hardness (60HA-85HD), along with properties such as abrasion resistance, oil resistance, transparency, and elasticity.
It is widely used in grocery stores, sporting goods, toys, decorative materials, etc. Halogen-free flame retardant TPU can also be used as an alternative to soft PVC to meet environmental requirements in a growing number of fields.
