The BPY Series Explosion-Proof LED Tube Light is designed for use in hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, dust, or corrosive substances are present. This fixture is ideal for critical industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, wastewater treatment, and power generation.
Built with a rugged die-cast aluminum housing and tempered glass cover, the BPY Series ensures durability and reliability in harsh conditions. Its IP66 waterproof rating and ATEX/CE/IECEx certifications make it suitable for Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21, and Zone 22 hazardous areas.
The fixture operates on a wide voltage range of 100V–277V and delivers consistent illumination with LED tube options ranging from 50W to 240W, offering a high lumen efficacy of 135 lm/W and a color temperature of 5500K–6000K. A high CRI of ≥80 ensures clear visibility and color accuracy.
It supports multiple mounting styles including ceiling, wall, and pendant installations, providing flexibility for different industrial setups. Optional emergency battery backup is available with over 90 minutes of runtime in case of power outage.
