Production Process
The Expanded Polystyrene Sheet Extruder is a sheet-producing machine equipped with two screws and utilizes gas foaming technology. It uses General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) as the raw material, injecting a gas foaming agent during production. The sheet is then wound into rolls by the winder.
The extruded sheet is designed for thermoforming applications and can be used to create fast food containers, egg trays, disposable bowls, and more. Due to its heat and sound insulation properties, this sheet material is also widely used in architecture for applications such as decorative boards and the inner ceilings of cars.
