1+6+12 BVR Specialized High Speed Stranding Machine:Application
The BVR conductor wire and the high-temperatureconductor wire are layered and stranded,which cancompletely replace the products produced by the 200-type tubular stranding machine.
Technical Features
When producing 1+6+12 regular stranded products,thetwo twisting steps of 1+6 and 1+12 are completed at thesame time,which greatly reduces the production costand improves the working efficiency.At the same time,the machine speed is two times of 200 tube strandingmachine,and two pitches per rotation,so the output is4.5 times that of the 200-type tubular stranding machine.
Using PLC control the magnetic powder clutch to takeup so as to ensure constant tension and excellent qualityof stranded wire.
The machine also has the advantages of energy saving,smallfloor space and low noise.
