It adopts 1000/3000 mixing unit, 2 spiral feeders, vacuum negative‑pressure feeder, pulse dust removal, 3‑ton finished‑product silo and 9‑hopper dosing machine. Equipped with molds of 60025, 547.525, 425*25. Automatic batching system ensures accurate formula proportion. The whole line runs stably for large‑width SPC profile production. Complete‑set supply, installation and commissioning technical support is available.
