Our extrusion screw barrel is expertly designed for the recycling of plastic film, playing a pivotal role in the plastic recycling process.
This screw barrel is specifically tailored to handle plastic films. After the films are cleaned, it efficiently removes the residual water. By applying mechanical pressure through the screw's rotation within the barrel, the water is squeezed out, with the water draining through designated channels or perforations in the barrel. Once the water is removed, the pre - processed plastic film is ready for re - granulation. This makes it an essential component in recycling plastic films such as polyethylene (PE) films, polypropylene (PP) films, which are widely used in packaging, agriculture, and other industries.
We will brush anti-corrosive oil on screws and barrels, then we will package them with film.
At last, we will put the screw barrel set in the wooden boxes.
