It is mainly used in shops, public places, homes, hospitals, elevators, stairs, fitness centers, and office spaces. The product is made of environmentally friendly PVC material, with a bright and long-lasting color that is not easily faded. Silk loop foot pad with spring row design, soft and comfortable to step on, easy to clean. The floor mat equipment produced by our company meets the needs of most customers and has been checked out for foreign markets, exported to India and other countries.
The production line for PVC coil floor mats mainly consists of PVC coil extrusion equipment, PVC sheet extrusion equipment, sizing device, roller cooling device, traction device, and shear device. The spray extrusion equipment and the bottom plate extrusion equipment are placed in sequence and connected to the size measurement device. The cooling device after the device is sequentially glued is equipped with a row of rollers, a traction device, and a shear device; The spinneret extrusion equipment includes a sequentially placed spinneret extruder, a rotating mold, a screen cooling device drying device, a screen impregnation device, and a glue coating device. The spinning machine is equipped with at least two extruders, and there is an extrusion nozzle between the machine and the hydraulic screen changing device of the spinning mold. A wire plate is set between the spinneret mold and the screen cooling device.
