HDPE Pipe Production Line Instruction:
1. HDPE pipe production line and PPR pipe production line use HDPE and PPR pipe efficient extruders. The screw adopts a structure with a barrier and a mixing head. The barrel adopts a new slotted barrel, which has good plasticizing and mixing effects, large and stable extrusion. The spiral die designed for HDPE large-diameter thick-wall pipes has the characteristics of low melt temperature, good mixing performance, low cavity pressure and stable production
2. The whole production line adopts proprietary sizing and cooling system, water film lubrication and water ring cooling to meet the requirements of HDPE and PP materials and ensure the stability of diameter and roundness in high-speed production of thick wall pipes
3. Specially designed vacuum sizing box with multi-section control of vacuum degree is used to ensure the dimensional stability and roundness of HDPE and PP pipes. The extruder and tractor are controlled and controlled by imported speed regulator, with good stability, high accuracy and high reliability
4. PLC is used for programmed control, with a good human-machine interface, and all process parameters can be set and displayed through the touch screen. The special extruder for marking line can be assembled to produce pipes with color marking line that meet the requirements of national standards
