Product Description:

The MP plastic blow molding machine is specifically designed for manufacturing a wide range of plastic hollow products made from high molecular materials. It is capable of producing items with volumes ranging from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters.

This versatile machine can create various hollow objects such as bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and automobile parts, among others. It caters to a diverse array of plastic products used in different industries.

In addition to its broad product capacity, the MP blow molding machine supports multiple types of plastic materials. These include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). The machine also ensures an optimal and efficient production process, delivering high-quality results every time.

The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, enabling the screw to adjust its rotation speed during the blowing process. This allows the use of screws with a high slenderness ratio, which can handle a wide variety of materials. The screw provides strong plasticizing capability, high production efficiency, and reduced energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel features resistance heaters controlled by a computer system, ensuring rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads within a combined extrusion system that connects two extrusion machines, it is possible to manufacture products with visual strip lines or double layers. This versatility enhances the range of finished products achievable with the system.

The mould clamping mechanism utilizes a toggle type along with a linear guide system. The dual-station design allows the mould platen to move faster and with greater stability, improving the operational speed and precision of the machine.

An improved hydraulic oil circuit has been designed for this machine, delivering energy savings, rapid responses, and stable performance. The installation and maintenance of hydraulic components are made convenient, as the machine is equipped with a removable and mobile oil tank.

The entire system is computer-controlled, featuring a hydraulic system with dual proportional control. It includes an automatic fault alarm for reliable operation, a high degree of automation, and the capability to store data for up to 40 moulds.

Operators can select from three modes of operation: "Manual," "Semi-Auto," and "Full-Auto," allowing flexible control depending on production needs.

Safety is prioritized with the inclusion of both electrical and mechanical safety devices on the safety door. This design prevents the mould from closing when the safety door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operation at all times.

The machine supports two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting, providing additional versatility in product shaping.

Furthermore, the machine is equipped with an oblique blowing function, expanding its operational capabilities.

Extrusion System

The screw heating zones number between 2 to 4 stages, with associated heating power ranging from 1.4 kW up to 17.4 kW. The screw fan power for some models is 0.56 kW or 0.28 kW. Extrusion motor powers vary as well, including 55 kW, 22 kW, and 1.5 kW.

The head heating system consists of 14 heating zones, with a total heating power of 30 kW, ensuring uniform temperature control during operation.
