Intelligent Fluid Loop for Power Saving
The hydraulic system integrates a V4 dual pump paired with an electro-hydraulic proportional overflow speed regulating valve (PQ Valve). During high-speed travel, both pumps deliver combined flow, while in low-speed, high-pressure lockup scenarios, the larger pump unloads. This approach considerably decreases electrical consumption and minimizes thermal stress on the fluid.
Precise Flashing Control (Zero-Drift Clamping)
To prevent mold deflection under high-pressure inflation, a specialized liquid control one-way valve (V12) is embedded within the clamping cylinders. Multi-Die Head Versatility with No Dead Angles
This system supports custom triple-head and multi-cavity co-extrusion crossheads. Its internal melt path features a streamlined diffluence shuttle, eliminating polymer stagnation or dead angles, thereby preventing defects such as dark spots or longitudinal stripes on the parison.
Clean Parison Hot Knife Shearing
Equipped with a pneumatic hot cutter blade heated by low-voltage, high-strength current from an isolated transformer, the device cleanly and instantly slices through tough polymer parisons. This process helps prevent tube collapse and layer smearing during cutting.
Automated Calibration with Smooth Neck Finish
Utilizing an advanced down-blowing technique, the blow pin tip and mold neck ring automatically trim and calibrate the container neck during inflation. This ensures perfectly flat and burr-free sealing surfaces, which are ready for subsequent post-line filling operations.
Category-4 Safety Door Interlocking Network
Operator safety is guaranteed through the use of dual limit sensors and mechanical stroke switch loops integrated into the safety guards. When the door is opened, an automatic fault alarm is triggered immediately, and the output circuit to the clamping rams is interrupted, providing a fail-safe protection mechanism.
