High-Speed Double Station Shuttle Clamping

Intelligent Fluid Loop for Power Saving
The hydraulic system integrates a V4 dual pump alongside an electro-hydraulic proportional overflow speed regulating valve (PQ Valve). For high-speed operations, both pumps work together to provide necessary flow. During low-speed, high-pressure locking phases, the large pump unloads, significantly reducing electricity consumption and minimizing thermal stress on the fluid.
Precise Flashing Control (Zero-Drift Clamping)
To prevent mold deformation under high-pressure inflation, a specialized liquid control one-way valve (V12) is installed within the clamping cylinders. This feature hydraulically locks the circuit immediately after closing, eliminating part flashing and greatly enhancing the appearance of parting lines.
Smart Anti-Cold-Start Screw Safeguard
The frequency-converter extrusion drive is electronically interlocked with multi-zone barrel heaters. The screw remains stationary until all heating zones fully reach their designated processing temperatures, thereby safeguarding the screw assembly from damage caused by unmelted plastic blockages.

Clean Parison Hot Knife Shearing
Equipped with a pneumatic hot cutter blade, heated by low-voltage, high-strength current supplied via an isolated transformer, it cleanly and instantly slices through resilient polymer parisons. This mechanism prevents tube collapse and avoids layer smearing during cutting.
Automated Calibration with Smooth Neck Finish
Employing an advanced down-blowing technique, the blow pin tip and mold neck ring automatically trim and calibrate the container neck throughout the inflation cycle. This process ensures a perfectly flat, burr-free sealing surface that is ready for subsequent filling on the production line.
Category-4 Safety Door Interlocking Network
Operator safety is guaranteed through dual limit sensors and mechanical stroke switch loops integrated within the safety guards. Opening the door instantly triggers an automatic fault alarm and interrupts the output circuit to the clamping rams, offering reliable fail-safe protection.
