Our extruding device features a variable frequency motor, allowing for easy rotation changes of the screw during the blowing process. The barrel features a resistance heater, which can be quickly, stably, and equably controlled by a computer for efficient heating.
With our combined extrusion system, you can install different heads to blow products with view strip lines or double layers. The double station mould clamping device features toggle type and linear guider, allowing for faster and more stable mould platen movement.
Our hydraulic oil loop has been improved with power saving in mind, providing a rapid and stable design. The machine's hydraulic elements are also conveniently installed and maintained, thanks to its removable and mobilizable oil tank.
