The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed for manufacturing various plastic hollow products made of high molecular materials. This machine is specifically created to produce hollow items ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters, including bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and automotive parts. It has the capability to blow mold a variety of materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA while maintaining optimal production processes.

Features:

The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor that accommodates the changing rotation requirements of the screw during the blowing process. A screw with a high slenderness ratio is utilized to handle various materials with excellent plasticizing capability, ensuring high production output and minimal energy consumption. The barrel is fitted with a resistance heater controlled by a computer for rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

By incorporating different heads into the combined extrusion system between two machines, users can produce products with visible striped patterns or double layers with ease.

The mould clamping device features a toggle-type mechanism and linear guiders for improved efficiency. With a double station design, the mould platen moves swiftly and steadily to enhance productivity.

The hydraulic oil loop has been redesigned to facilitate power conservation, ensuring rapid and stable operation of the machine.

The hydraulic elements can be easily installed and maintained, thanks to the machine's removable and mobile oil tank. This streamlines maintenance procedures.

The entire machine is computer-controlled, and the hydraulic system features dual proportional control. It includes a fault automatic alarm system for reliable operation, high automation levels, and the capacity to store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

The machine offers three operation modes – "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto" – for user flexibility. The safety door incorporates electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent accidental mould closures, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

The machine supports both straight cutting and oblique cutting blowing functions, providing versatility in product design.
