2:Fully Automatic Blow Moulding Machine, The electronic control system consists of operation panel, touch display screen, temperature control module, PLC programmable controller, analog quantity, proportional board, contactor, regulated power supply, automatic air switch, intermediate relay, twisted material inverter, proximity switch, stroke Switch, cutter transformer, twisting motor, oil pump motor and so on.
Mold assembly: Click the “close” button, and the mold opening and closing mechanism will have the mold clamping action. When it touches the end point switch of the mold clamping, it will work and the mold clamping action will stop.
On the needle: Click the “Up” button, the needle will move up. When it touches the end point of the needle, it will work, and the needle will stop.
Under the needle: Click the “Down” button, the needle will move down until the cylinder is in the end, and the action stops.
Die lift: Click the "L" button and the die will lift up until the cylinder is in the end and the action stops.
