2.Extruder:Adopt high effective single screw extruder, the screw adopts an integrated mixing element with a barrier and mixing head, the barrel adopt new tyoe of opening drum, equipped with low noise air fan, ceramic heat ring, high speed hard tooth surface reduce box, to ensure the high speed and high performance extrusion.

3.Mark line extruder:Pipe mark line is produced by one set sj30 single screw extruder through composite mould extrusion.
4.Extrusion mould:Mould material is high quality stell 40 Cr,adopt international advanced spring mode or basket mould technique, it has stable extrusion, adopt water film lubrication and water ring cooling, to adopt PE material performance, to ensure the stability of diameter and roundness druing high speed production of thick-walled tubes.

5.Vacuum sizing water tank:It adopt high quality high hardness stainless steel board, advance water recycle and high pressure cooling system, vacuum degree regulating device and precise water level control system, the precise copper sizing sleeve has features of fast cooling speed and fast setting speed.It can realize three dimention adjustment.

6.Water spray tank:The tank material is stainless steel, the cover is pvc soft curtain, stainless steel float ball used to adjust water level.

7.Traction machine:According to different pipe diameter and pipe wall thickness equipped with different double belt, three claw, four claw, five claw, and six claw tractor.Our machine adopt frequency inverter.It has PLC control.

8.Cutting machine:Chipless automatic cutting machine, the cutting section is smooth,Adopt frequency control synchronous drive, high precision, low noise. The large-diameter pipe adopts automatic planetary cutting machine, synchronizing with the production line, and the position and cutting depth of the saw blade can be flexibly adjusted to ensure the reliability of the cutting saw.
