Description:
1.Product size: Outside diameter 16-630mm . Output capacity: 120~800kg/h . Cooling water temperature<25℃,inlet pressure>0.3Mpa . Air pressure: > 0.6Mpa . Electric power supply: 3Phase/380V/50HZ or customized to your requirement.
2. Beautiful and practical stainless steel body for the vacuum calibration and spray cooling system, unique multi-section vacuum system ensures the stable sizing and cooling for pipes; Special spray cooling system improves the cooling efficiency; Special water position, water temperature system make the machine more intelligent.
3. The extruder and extractor adopt the imported AC frenquncey control device.The vacuum pump and the main motor adopt the famous brand.The haul-off has many different kinds of Model,such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, five-claw, six-claw.About the cutter, you can choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type.We also can offer some auxiliary machine about the pipe extrusion line.
4. Equipped with different die heads and auxiliary machines ,it can produce U-PVC pipes for single or core foaming,inner spiral foaming,hollow or hollow inner spiral.
