1. The pvc(wpc) foam board is mic-foaaming board/referred to as PVC foam board.It took the celuka foam skinning process,and use pvc resin as the main material,adding an appropriate amount of stabilizer,blowing agent,The pvc foam board production line,we provide formula and full set of technology.The finished boards have the character of large output,extrusion stability and high expansion ratio,Smooth surface and so on.
2. Processing
Feed preparation→ spring feed loading→ main machine extrusion→moulds→4 pairs of Calibrator blocks→ hauling off→ cutting device→stacking device→ checking up→ packing
