Description:
1. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.separation mixing screw specialized for poluolefin. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die, reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall , and little internal stress.
2. Producing pipe limit 20-160mm , manufacture velocity up to 15m/min.May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , ordinary PP-R ,PE ,PEX and PE-RT pipes.
3. PE, PP WATER-SUPPLY PIPES, GAS PIPE PRODUCTION LINE
This qualified extrusion line is main for producting PE pressure pipes,discharge pipe line for chemical and food fields,protection and conduit pipes for electrie cables and communication wire,fishpond edge guardrail pipes etc. It can process various LDPE HDPE,especially process granules directly into pipe shape.
