The screw,gear-reducer and mould are specially designed for high temperature,high viscosity,difficult plasticization of the PVC/CPVC melt and ensure the continuous production with stability.
Description:
1. The pvc pipe making machine Uses the highly effective & high speed extruding machine,guarantees the material plasticizing quality and the output.Special design steel wire torsion machine,the torsion evenly & consistently and has the long continuous production time.The special design's tubing nose produces the high tubing transparency,steel wire distribution is even,the length can be set up willfully.The unit main electric appliance part both uses the imported product and the movement stably reliable.The unit all control pressed key uses the integration design,the operation simple and quickly.
2. This machine group consists mainly of twin conical (parallel) screws extruder , vacuum calibrating tank, tractor , haul-off unit ,cutting unit ,tilter , etc. Single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C inverter , both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products.
