1. This machine is mainly used to produce PVC window & door profiles, PVC trunking profiles, PVC ceiling profiles, PVC panel, PVC board and so on. This PVC profile production line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.
2. Full set of mould can safisfy different kinds of profile production(max profile width is 600mm). Calibrate and cooling in complete vacuum condition. Caterpillar hauling machine,automatic length accounting device for precise cutting. Non chipping machine ,adopt advanced Germany technology . Stainless steel and pneumatic controlled.
3. Enviromental protection:uvioresistant,nonradiative/radiationless,germproof,exclusive of formaldehyde,ammonia and benzene,the product is n accordance with natiional environmental standards and European one,the top environmental standards of Eurpean.As is innocuous and free from odor pullution after fitment ,it is possible to live instantly .
