1. PVC Braided Fibre Reinforced Hose Extrusion Line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose. It is also named as PVC Garden Hose Making Machine, it is consist of automatic feeding system/single screw extruder/die head/water cooling tank/haul off machine /Braider/Heat Oven/ Winder .
2. It use electric Parts (breaker/inverter/relay/ and so on ) is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. Adopt PLC control and simple operation .running stable. It produce pvc fiber hose which diameter range which is from 6mm to 50mm. PVC fiber hose machine is used to produce PVC fiber hose.
Sepecification:
1. The wall of PVC Braided Fibre Reinforced Hose is three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose, middle layer is terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical property. It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosion gas, widely used in the machinery, Garden Hose, Coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation and buildings.

Application:
PVC fiber enhancing hose. This pipe is non toxic, transparent, pressure endurable, anti-stretching, and acid resistance, corrosion resistance, good appearance, soft light, and durable. The middle layer of this PVC fiber hose is Terlene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical property. It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosive gas, and it is widely used in food and health industry. Also it is good pipe for air, water, gas, oil and other liquid, gas in the temperature from -5ºC to 65ºC.
