1. PVC Ceiling Profile Production and extrusion Line
This machine is mainly used to produce PVC window & door profiles, PVC trunking profiles, PVC ceiling profiles, PVC panel, PVC board and so on. This PVC profile production line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.
2. The big model plastic door and window profile production line is developed by our corporations introduces the advanced technology from abroad, forming a complete system with twin conical screw extruder, it features high automation degree, smooth work performance, big yield and high efficiency.
Specification of pvc wpc Profile Machine:
1. Production Line Process flow
Plastic raw material and additive → mixing → spring feeding → single screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker
2. This machine can use the one step extrusion method and also it can use the two-step xtrusion method after pelletizing. The two step extrusion method can the power and space, and the two-step extrusion method seatures the machine can gain the high output and stable extrusion pressure.
3. A pre-heating feeder is mounted on the top of the extruder which extracts the humdity from the wood powder m so that the feeding section of the extruder can be filled with enough material and the plastification effect will be better.
4. Special and well designed screw enables the raw material to be evenly stay in the extruder. The screw and barrel are bi-metallic treated, more wearable and anti-corrosion.
