1. Large diameter PE Gas oil sewage water supply pipe, health non-toxic, not fouling, more suitable for urban water supply main conduit and buried tube, safety, hygiene, convenient construction.
2. Process flow of plastic water pipe hdpe extrusion making machine:
Raw material + master batches →mixing →vacuum feeding → material dryness →single screw extruder → four-color string extruder → basket-style mould → calibrator → spray vacuum calibration tank → spray vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling water tank → spray cooling water tank → color-ribbon printer → belt haul-off → planet cutter → pipe rack → finished product inspecting & packing
3.
