1. Complete process:
Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → granulating → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion mould → cool molding die → vacuum cooling calibration table → belt haul-off → cutter → rack → finished product →Recycling of unqualified products were broken
2. CAE extrusion die technology. We have applied CAE tools to make high speed and high precision dies, including solid, foamed, co-extruded, deck, post, handrail, pallet, window and door profiles, and TPE automotive dies. We have achieved high-speed extrusion with tight tolerances.
Description:
1. The machine line consists of vacuum automatic feeding machine, single screw extruder, dehumidifiers drying hopper die, cooling system roller, convery device, cutting edge system, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker.
2. Plastic Ceiling Machine- PVC/WPC Ceiling/ Window Profile Extrusion and Making Machine is applied to produce PVC ceiling panel, PVC wall panel,PVC ceiling tile the hollow board like that. Chang different extruding mould,this machine can also produce PVC door & window profiles, foamed special shaped materials profiles, decoration plate material, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products, etc.
3. Production Flow
PVC powder + additives → Mixer → Screw feeder → Extruder → Mould → Vacuum forming table→ Haul-off machine→ Cutting machine → Stacker
