1. PVC profile machine is mainly used to produce PVC window & door profiles, PVC ceiling profiles, PVC panel, PVC board and so on. This PVC profile making machine adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of WPC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.
2. It is mainly used for producing various sizes of WPC PVC profiles, window door profile,decking floor,ceiling panel and so on. Our pvc profile machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running. Normal PVC profile production line is composed of main extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off,cutting and stacker.

Wood milling(wood powder,rice husk)--Mixer(plastic+wood)--Wpc extrusion line+Auxiliary
3. The WPC Profile and Board Production Line is a new kind of construction and decoration material, it is mixed by PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS, etc with different plant fibre, and then formed by vacuum calibrator. It is used in drilling, planing, Nailing, sawing, jointing, printing and other construction method.
4. Because of its green environment Protection, waterproof, dampproof, anti-corrosion, rot-resistence, ametabolic and good fire-retardant, WPC Profile and Board Production Line Can be used after recycling, and has been widely used in fields of floor, guard bar, tray, packing cases, Partition board, window and door sheath, skirting line, etc.
