1. Aorui strapping making machine is composed of forced extruder (main machine), cooling tank,1st stretching unit,wind heat stretching oven,2ND stretching unit,character printer, embossing machine, light-heat shaping oven, water tank for shaping, 3rd stretching unit and light weight curler.
2. Standard accessory, it's advantage is stable quality, durable material,and easy maintenance.Special design-control PP PET strap cooling time. It can make the PP PET strap to fasten well in any time.
3. The main machine drive consists of frequency control motor and special hard tooth-surface reducer for plastic extruding machine. Forming part is composed of screw feed barrel, frame head and die. The raw material is heated from hopper to screw feed barrel, and the rough block is extruded.
