Description of pp pe pipe production line:
1. Working process(It can produce 20-630mm hdpe pipe )
Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker
2.HDPE silicon core pipe production line is our company to introduce foreign advanced technology, combined with domestic reality, the development and development.
