Description:
1. The introduction of PVC Twin Pipe Production Line: PVC Tube euipment is equipped with conical twin screw extruder, with different pipe head mould and corresponding auxiliary machine. Mainly used to produce pvc double pipe.
2. PVC Pipe produced by this pipe production line is mainly used to electical conduit.The production line make full use of extruder capacity, to product small diameter pipe, the output is high, easy to operate.
3. The machine structure of pvc twin pipr production is reasonable, stable perfomance, realize synchronous speed regulation of main motor of extruder and traction motor. Adopt vacuum sizing method, good sizing effect, high automatic.
4. PVC Pipe Production line , the auxiliary machine vacuum sizing tank is double pipe sizing, it is composed of two sizing box, can seperate operation. The length of sizing box is 5m, material is stainless steel.
