Description:
1. Features of pvc fiber reinfroced pipe machine
1).Use stainless steel which type is 304.
2).The center height can be adjusted.
3).Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched which the thickness layer 0.4-0.7mm; Hardness of screw barrel: >940 HV;
4).Adopt Electric Parts (Motor/Inverter/breaker/relay and so on) which is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. It can keep machine operation stable and improve the extruder's output
5).Production speed is 6m/min to 15m/min.
2. Basis on 15 years of spiral and soft hose machine’s designing and manufacturing , we got mature technology on different kinds of spiral hose, flexible hose, soft hose. These hose can use in the area of liquid , air , solid , electric cable transfer. Such as : vacuum cleaner hose line, medical use hose line, cable protection line, toilet and kitchen exhaust hose line, and so on.
3. Fiber reinforcement hose usage
It produce pvc fiber hose which diameter range which is from 6mm to 50mm . pvc fiber hose is used to produce PVC fiber hose, which has three layers, the outer and inner layer fiber, which has good chemical and physical property. It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosion gas, widely used in the machinery, Garden Hose, Coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation and buildings.
