1.The main machine of this pvc profile extrusion line adopt AC frequency control, the extrusion output can improve 50%, it also can save 20% to 30% power. Temperature controller adopt import brand RKC and Omron. Hard tooth surface reducer can continute to work long time wthout breakdown.
2.Auxiliary machine vacuum pump and tractor motor all adopt high quality product.Easy to maintenance, after change the screw and mould, it can directly extrusion foam profile product, the effect is better than single screw.
3.Screw and barrel adopt doublemetal treatment, corrision resistance, it has long service life.
4.PVC Profile has such characteristics as sound separation, sound absorption, heat separation, temperature-keeping,etc. The material is incombustible, it is safe for use.
