Quick detail:
1.The machine main composed of Main machine, Screen changer, Mould, Three calender, Commission table, Tractor, Cutter, Stacker etc.
2.Reducer adopt cast aluminum parts, gear adopt alloy steel and processed by grinding teeth. Each lubrication point in the box adopts forced lubrication mode.The lubricating oil is equipped with an efficient water cooling system.
3.Screw and barrel material adopt 38Cr Moaia nitriding steel, it was treated with nitriding, surface spray alloy.

Description of PVC Foam Board Machine:
1.The screw is designed with special mixing function and high plasticizing ability, the hanger die head is designed with double throttle page number. the thickness of the plate is adjusted more accurate.
2.Temperature control ±1 ℃ can control the plasticizing process and plate thickness, flat shape.
3.Three roller calender adopts horizontal, vertical or 45° inclined type, can be free lifting mode.
4.The thickness of the plate can be controlled by screw adjustment and bidirectional adjustment of the press wheel.
5.The independent temperature control system of the roller can control the temperature of the roller cylinder to make the thickness and thickness of the plate uniform.
Applications:
PVC foam sheet series of products have moisture-proof, mildew-proof, non-absorbent performance, and good anti-shock effect. PVC foam plate series of products made by weather-resistant formula, its color can not change for a long time, not easy to aging.
PVC foamed sheet with light quality, storage and transportation, convenient construction. PVC foam board can be constructed using general wood processing tools.
