Introduction of pvc granules machine:
1.This pelletizing machine is composed by SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder and correspondingly pelletizing auxiliary equipment; It is suitable for pelletizing PVC material.
2.The pelletizing auxiliary equipment includes die face cutter, air transferring unit, vibration separating and cooling unit,with features of high automation and high production efficiency.
3. Equipped with the side feeding device to ensure high output.Vent design on the barrel to evaporate the volatiles form the recycling material.Hydraulic screen change unit for easy operation and safety.The vertical centrifuge separates and dry the pellets faster.High-efficient side-feeder ensures high capacity feeding, low energy consumption.Plastic pelletizer style: water-ring cutting with extrusion die, noodle cutting type
