Quick detail of pvc foam board machine:
1.With PVC, calcium powder and other additives, to produce foam board. It consists of conical twin screw extruder, mold, sizing cooling platform, cooling bracket, traction machine, cutting machine, conveyor and stacker, etc.

Description:
1.The lines have the advantages of well-planned layout, compact in structure, fine in performance such as homogenous plasticization, high output and long service life.
2.The screws and barrels are made of special alloy and the structure is optimized. Exchanging screen rapidly about 1.5 seconds every times, the screen changer unit don't need the downtime.
3.The cutting unit can guarantee the precise measurements through the adjustment of length and width, the error of product's diagonal<3mm, the using range of products is wide.
4.The line can adopt one, two, three extruders together to do one layer, multi-layer plastic sheet. The electric control system utilize imported frequency converter, it's safe and reliable.
