304 stainless steel tubing enhances the eyewash station's corrosion resistance in highly corrosive environments. Safe, clean, and hygienic. Contains over 8 parts nickel.

The 1mm thick enlarged straight-edge basin abandons the original traditional eyewash basin shape. The straight-edge basin is deeper and can hold more water. During actual use, it is less likely to overflow.

The adjustable flow device can adjust the water flow at any time, effectively avoiding problems such as inconsistent water height and insufficient flow to meet flushing requirements caused by unstable water pressure. Please confirm that the water pressure on site reaches 0.25-0.4 MPa.

The eyewash assembly is cast in one piece using a three-section stainless steel seamless steel pipe mold. It has a smooth surface, strong pressure resistance and a long service life. The eyewash assemblies on the market are basically made of ten sections welded together, with many welds, a rough surface, and are not pressure-resistant under working water pressure. They are prone to cracking and leakage, and have a short service life.

Luminous push board: round and comfortable, without sharp edges, to prevent scratches on fingers, and equipped with a luminous sign to make it easier for people to find it.

The upper and lower parts adopt two-piece ball valves, which are superior to the one-piece ball valves on the market. The large aperture can better meet the American standard requirements for the water flow rate of eyewashes, and can flush effectively and quickly.

Base: Aluminum alloy (grade 6070 for excellent corrosion resistance) die-cast, high density, and high strength and pressure resistance. (304 stainless steel optional)

Other Parameters:

1. Shower: Pull the lever to release water from the shower basin within one second, with a flow rate of 120-180 L/min.

2. Eyewash: Push the handle to release aerosol eyewash water within one second. The water outlet height and angle are designed according to the proportions of the human face, with a flow rate of 12-18 L/min. The required on-site water pressure must be 0.25-0.4 MPa.

3. Eyewash Filter: A high-density PP + 304 double-layer filter filters impurities from the water, resulting in a gentle, enveloping aerosol spray.

4. Ball Valve: A two-piece ball valve ensures the eyewash water flow rate meets US standards.

5. Eyewash Assembly: Constructed from precision-machined 304 castings, the 90-degree elbow is seamless, eliminating welds and preventing pipe wall cracking due to water pressure during use. 6. Base: Die-cast, high-strength and pressure-resistant. Yellow aluminum alloy in the picture, also available in stainless steel.

7. Water Inlet: DN32 internal thread connection.
