The SF-A800 features a sophisticated PID temperature control algorithm that maintains dye bath temperature within ±0.5 °C of the setpoint throughout the entire dyeing cycle. Automatic proportional steam valve actuation ensures smooth heating ramps without overshoot, while the cooling phase is managed through controlled cooling water injection for precise cool-down curves. This level of thermal precision is critical for achieving consistent shade reproduction across production batches.
With an 800kg maximum loading capacity per chamber, the SF-A800 delivers exceptional throughput for medium to large textile mills. The soft flow fabric transport system uses a carefully engineered overflow nozzle design that gently circulates the fabric rope through the dye liquor at low tension, preventing creasing, pilling, and surface damage even on lightweight delicate knits.
