Fiberglass wall cloth is made of natural quartz materials such as quartz sand, soda, lime, and dolomite at high temperatures. It is non-toxic and odorless, and is a new type of green and environmentally friendly building material that meets international environmental standards such as Oeko Tex Standard 100. It is praised by the World Health Organization as an "absolutely hygienic and safe material".
Its combustion performance meets the national A-level non combustible standard, with strong fire resistance and tensile strength, which can effectively prevent wall cracking. Its service life can reach more than 15 years, and it also has functions such as corrosion resistance, insect resistance, breathability, mold resistance, sound absorption, scrub resistance, and disinfection.
Fiberglass wall cloth has a unique European light relief art style, rich texture structure, and can produce various color effects by combining with coatings of different colors and textures, providing designers with a broad creative space.
The construction of fiberglass wall coverings usually requires the use of specialized adhesives and coatings, which are recommended to be operated by professional workers. The construction process generally includes putty application, base film brushing, adhesive rolling, cloth pasting, and topcoat brushing. Its maintenance is relatively convenient, and the wall surface covered with wall coverings can be repeatedly coated with fresh paint to change the color.
Fiberglass wall cloth (quartz fiber wall cloth) has a wide range of applications and can be used for various base wall surfaces such as plaster walls, gypsum walls, cement walls, tile walls, stone walls, brick walls, wood walls, etc. It can also be used for interior decoration in office spaces, hospitals, schools, hotels, restaurants, hotel style apartments, exhibition halls, industrial factory office areas, homes, airports, shopping malls, cinemas, entertainment venues, and other places.
Excellent insulation and heat reflection: The aluminum foil layer has a reflectivity of over 90% for far-infrared thermal radiation, significantly reducing heat conduction and suitable for insulation and heat preservation scenarios.
High temperature resistance and flame retardancy: Glass fiber substrate can withstand temperatures up to -196 ℃ to 300 ℃ (some products can reach 500-600 ℃), complying with GB8624 A1 or DIN4102 A1 non combustible standards, and self extinguishing upon ignition.
High strength and flexibility are combined: the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength can reach 8000 × 6000 N/5cm, the texture is firm and not easy to tear, while maintaining a certain degree of flexibility for easy construction.
Good moisture resistance and sealing: The aluminum foil layer achieves near zero water vapor permeability, making it impermeable and non breathable, effectively blocking moisture and protecting the core material (such as rock wool and glass wool).
Strong corrosion resistance and weather resistance: treated with anti-corrosion coating or polyethylene hot air composite process, resistant to acid and alkali, mold and suitable for humid, industrial or outdoor environments.
Lightweight and easy to construct: The thickness is usually 0.25-3.0 mm, and the weight is 75-2000 g/m ². It can be cut and bonded, and is commonly used for air duct wrapping, pipeline insulation, equipment protection, etc.
