Transparent Polycarbonate Expertise: Molding transparent PC requires precise temperature control, cleanroom-level environments, and specialized gate design to eliminate flow marks, bubbles, and optical distortions. Our engineers master these parameters to produce crystal-clear components for applications like headlamp lenses, display covers, and decorative trim.
Automotive-Grade Quality: We are IATF 16949 certified and fully comply with RoHS/REACH standards. Our quality system includes first-article inspections (FAI), in-process monitoring, and final validation to meet strict automotive requirements.
Full-Service Integration: From mold design and fabrication to injection molding, in-mold decoration (IMD), hard coating, and even sub-assembly of electronic modules, we provide a seamless, single-source solution.
Materials Processed: Polycarbonate (PC), PC/ABS blends, PMMA, ABS, and other engineering resins. We advise on UV-stabilized, scratch-resistant, and flame-retardant grades.
Surface Finishing: In-mold film/foil, hard coating (for scratch resistance), anti-glare textures, silk-screen printing, and laser etching.
Tooling Durability: Molds designed for 300,000 to 500,000 cycles, with hot runner systems for consistent material flow and reduced waste.
