Product Description
What is Birch core phenolic film faced plywood? It is made by pressing paper saturated with phenolic resin (called phenolic film) on a surface of exterior plywood. The surface coated with the film protects the sheets from moisture and improves their resistance to abrasion. the core we use is full birch core Edges of shuttering plywood are protected with waterproof acrylic paint.
Feature of our full birch full birch core High Abrasion Resistance Building 21mm Phenolic Faced Plywood 1 wear-resistant,anti-cracking,anti-acid and alkaline-resistant 2. high Strength: High grade birch as the basic material,with very strong core strength. 3. Easy To Cut:according to the construction, the formwork could be cut into small size for reusing. 4. Good Physical mood: it is better than iron mould, plywood can solves the problems of leaking and rough surface during constructing process 4. Re-used:it can be reused 15-20 times, thus reducing the cost greatly and avoiding the disadvantages from iron mold. 5.Multi Using: film faced plywood could be used for wall, slab, column, beam and bridge concrete pouring etc.. 6. No Deformation: If put in boiling water for 48 hours, it is still glue-sticking and non-deformed, not deformation and chipping . 7. High Quality Film: Our film can protect the formwork surface from the corrosion and makes the formwork durable, improves the flatness of the concrete surface and makes the concrete surface save the second time plastering, so it could save a lot cost of construction.

How about your delivery time? it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. 5. Can you produce according to the samples? A: Yes, we can produce by your samples, but frist of all we should confirm the surface and size whether we can produced. we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. 6. What is your sample policy? Free A4 size samples or around 10cm*10cm size. If Customer need the complete size of samples,pls feel free to send the detail to us . 7.
