Heavy duty pallet shelves:
Crossbeam: It is welded together by two column clamps and crossbeam rods. The column clamps are formed by integral stamping, and the crossbeam and crossbeam rods are clamped together by two specially made channel steel plates, doubling the thickness of the upper and lower parts of the beam. This structure fully utilizes the load-bearing capacity of the material according to steel structure design theory, and has the characteristics of light weight, strong bearing capacity, and low cost. The connection between the crossbeam and column plates is the insertion of the column clamps and columns, and is equipped with safety pins. All shelves are connected using standard plug-in connectors, thus ensuring reliable stability. Due to the fact that the fixing holes are mechanically stamped, each frame is ensured to be square. At the connection between the crossbeam and the column, safety pins are installed to ensure that they are not accidentally hit and avoid unnecessary losses.
