The heavy-duty beam shelf is assembled from uprights, beams, horizontal bracing, slant supports, and self-locking bolts, effectively preventing shelf instability caused by bolt loosening. The beams are made of specially designed cold-rolled P-shaped closed beams. This structure features simplicity, reliability, lightweight, high load-bearing capacity, and low cost. When connecting the column clamp to the upright, a specially designed safety pin is included to ensure the beam will not detach under external impact. The shelf plate is made of steel plate bent with a reinforced base, offering strong load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, easy replacement, and low maintenance costs.
**Purpose**: The heavy-duty beam rack features low cost, safety reliability, and easy assembly and disassembly. It is suitable for manual storage and retrieval, with a standard effective load capacity of over 800kg per layer. Ideal for manually storing boxed goods or paired with parts boxes and turnover boxes for loading loose heavy goods.
Features:
1. Heavy-duty pallet racks are suitable for various industries, offering low cost, safety, reliability, and easy assembly and disassembly. They can be used individually or arranged in a flexible main and auxiliary rack configuration.
2. The column sections of the heavy-duty pallet racking are formed by bolting together uprights, cross bracing, and slant supports; the column sections are then inserted into C-channel beams to create the racking frame, secured with safety pins for a simple yet reliable structure. Steel deck plates are placed on top of the closed-end beams to form the complete racking system. Each level can be freely adjusted up or down in 75mm increments.
3. The load capacity of heavy-duty pallet racks is determined by the size of the beams, the thickness of the shelf plates, and the number of reinforcing ribs. Under conditions where the relative length and material selection requirements are met, the maximum load per layer can reach 2500kg.
4. For heavy-duty pallet racking, the column height typically does not exceed 12 meters, and mezzanine racks can be constructed on the foundation of the shelving system.
Production Process:
Pillar: Specialized shelving pillar profile. Made from high-quality steel strips that undergo leveling, automatic rolling, punching, and then cutting to the specified height as per customer requirements.
P Beam: The cold-rolled P-shaped closed beam is a standard product specifically designed for shelving in the cold bending industry. After procurement, it is cut to customer dimensions, welded with dedicated column brackets for shelving connections, and then ground to form a semi-finished product.
Layered Plate: Made from high-quality cold-rolled steel (SPCC) through processes such as leveling, longitudinal shearing, bending, and welding with reinforcing ribs.
After the heavy-duty beam shelves' uprights and shelf plates are processed into semi-finished products, they undergo pickling and phosphating (shot blasting for rust removal and degreasing) before being ready for powder coating. Once completed, they are packaged and shipped.
