Product Features of Heavy-duty Shelves Compared to Other Racks
1. For placing steel pallets on beam racks and configuring high-position racks for heavy-load storage, steel pallets are used for safety and higher cost-effectiveness.
2. For the first layer of goods, directly place the material boxes on the ground to ensure they remain dry. For the second and third layers, add I-beam trays beneath the "川" shaped plastic pallets.
3. Considering that the feet of the material box may not accurately rest on the crossbeam, steel plates are laid on the crossbeam to ensure safety.
4. Steel plates can be welded onto two chrome beams to form support beams, which are used to bear the four feet of the material box. This ensures the safe placement of the material box on the shelf while also reducing costs.
5-6 meter high shelves combined with double-sided wooden pallets for storing bulk goods, with case scenarios proving that beam racks offer high load capacity and reliable safety.
6. Install a flat bar on the beam to secure the wooden pallets more safely. The goods placed on this rack are mechanical molds.
7. For pallets placed on the beam rack with inconsistent specifications or insufficient load capacity for high-altitude operations, a "W" shaped safety guardrail can be added.
8. Bulk cargo and palletized goods are stored together, with steel plates laid on the lower level for bulk cargo and pallet racks configured on the upper level for forklift access.
9. Primarily used for storing bulk cargo that requires manual handling, with relatively heavy goods. Compared to other types, the cost of steel plates is higher.
