Product Introduction:
Cantilever shelves belong to heavy-duty shelves, which are specifically designed to store long and irregular goods. Cantilever rack is composed of base, column, cantilever and transverse slant support, which can be divided into single-sided cantilever rack and double-sided cantilever rack. The single arm load-bearing capacity is generally 300kg-500kg, and the load-bearing capacity of each layer is 1000kg-3000kg, usually used in conjunction with forklifts. Widely used for storing steel pipes, steel plates, aluminum materials and other long strip-shaped goods. The cantilever of the shelf generally has a slight inward inclination angle, and there is usually a baffle on the top of the cantilever, which is divided into movable baffle and welded baffle. Mainly to prevent the falling of goods.
The shelf columns are generally welded with C-shaped steel of models such as 200 * 3020 * 40300 * 45, and the base is generally welded with C-shaped steel of the same specifications. For heavy-duty high position cantilever shelves, I-beams are generally used for the base, and 144 * 55 steel plates are bent or welded for the cantilever. For lightweight cantilever shelves, rectangular tubes can also be used as cantilevers.
