Medium-sized shelves are a type of storage rack, featuring an aesthetically pleasing design, broad applicability, and easy installation and disassembly. Structure of Medium Shelves:
The shelf uprights are formed by rolling cold-rolled steel plates through a dedicated cold bending forming machine. The front of the uprights features double rows of punched holes, arranged in a straight line with a 50mm spacing between holes. These holes are used for attaching the horizontal beams. Two uprights are positioned opposite each other, connected by a transverse connecting tube and an inclined connecting tube, assembling the two uprights into a shelf upright panel.
2. The shelf beam adopts "P"-shaped pipe material, commonly known as "step beam," with the step height matching the height of the shelf panel.
3. The shelf steel layer plate is formed by bending cold-rolled steel plate to the required dimensions on all four sides.
4. The beams and column panels are connected and assembled into a frame, and finally, steel layer boards are laid to complete the formation of a set of complete medium-sized shelves.
5. After all components of the shelf are processed and formed, they undergo surface treatment processes such as grinding, pickling, phosphating, fully automated powder electrostatic spraying, and drying before being assembled into the final product. The finished shelves feature a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface. The shelf layers can be adjusted vertically at 50mm intervals and are easy to disassemble and reassemble.
