System Components

1. Framework System
An independent external truss consisting of columns, crossbeams, longitudinal beams, and diagonal bracing. The entire structure is fabricated from hot-dip galvanized steel, erected directly above the greenhouse to provide stable load-bearing support for the shading net and drive mechanisms. It delivers an operational lifespan of over 15 years.
2. Drive & Power System
Power Source: Driven by either a heavy-duty, fully enclosed greenhouse-specific reduction motor (Motorized Model) or a manual roll-up unit (Manual Model).
Drive Shaft & Linkages: Utilizes a hot-dip galvanized drive shaft, A-type rack and pinion gear systems (or heavy-duty chain drives), and pushrods to distribute power smoothly and uniformly across every square meter of the shading curtain.
3. Shading Net & Support Wires
Shading Net: Woven from premium round-wire HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) or aluminum foil knitted curtains, delivering high tensile strength and tear resistance.
Support System: High-strength galvanized steel wires or stainless steel support/press wires are woven in a cross-grid pattern to prevent the shading net from flapping violently or sagging in strong winds.
4. Control & Limit System
Includes limit switches (ensuring the curtain stops automatically and precisely at pre-set positions), net-blocking lines, and wind-resistant press bars to guarantee safe and stable operation under severe weather conditions.
