Descriptions
Advantage of automatic pullet battery cage
1. The middle Frames are made of Mg-Al-Zn alloy, and the head and tail frames are hot-dip galvanized. These frames can withstand harsh environments with service period of up to 15 years. The spring door is more convenient for catching birds when transferring and vaccinating.
2. Mg-Al-Zn alloy feed troughs(thickness: 0.95 and 0.98cm) with patented devices, which ensures even feed distribution and effectively avoids waste, maximizing feed utilization. The bottom width of the trough is 45mm. Baby chick can easily access the feed without waste.
3. Double water line is mounted with patented nipples and cups. This key combination provides animals with dependable access to fresh water and dramatically reduces water loss due to leakage or spillage.
4.Belt type manure removal structure and Polyurethane double manure scrapers ensure clean manure thoroughly, improve coop hygiene, reduce the occurrence of diseases.
5. Ventilation system controls poultry house inner environment, provide fresh air, proper humidity for chickens. The temperature difference inside the house is extremely small.
Adjustable feeding system
Feeding plate adjusting device: Each tier features automatic adjustment, accommodating birds of varying ages. Its patented mechanism ensures consistent front and rear movement with minimal clearance error.
Feed trolley: The system achieves a low failure rate thanks to its simple and robust design. It delivers uniform feeding with easy operation, and includes patented components such as the chicken driver and residue collector.
Adjustable drinking system
The water line regulating linkage is designed to meet the watering needs of birds at different growth stages. Installed on every tier, each water line incorporates several soft connectors to effectively prevent pipe deformation. Alloy pulling parts ensure consistent water line height across the entire house.
Front back flush device: Each water line is equipped with a backwashing device to facilitate regular flushing of the pipe and nipple drinkers. Chickens can always use clean water.
Water line terminator, designed to observe the water level and judge the water pressure, is connected with the drain pipe without water leakage.
