Farmrob’s products have fully automatic systems like feeding and drinking system, allowing for a consistent and reliable water and feed supply for your chickens. The size of troughs is suitable for baby chicks with high strength and high anti-corrosion performance. Drinking system features double water lines with double nipples to guarantee an ample supply of fresh water, ensuring birds can drink at any time. The nipples have special structure to prevent leaking.
Descriptions
The silo is sized for three days of flock consumption and is made from hot-dip galvanized steel to ensure safe feed storage. It is essential to protect the silo from wind and direct sunlight. The weighing device accurately monitors feed consumption by tracking weight changes and records the data. This facilitates the monitoring of flock health.
Each side of every tier is equipped with a feed height adjustment plate adjuster. Its height can be modified to match the birds' growth stages, with front and back adjustments moving in unison and minimal error, which ensures feeding uniformity and promotes even flock development.This design mitigates the risk of chick escape and injury.
Each tier is equipped with a manure protector to prevent droppings or feathers from falling into the trough. Manure belt is set 150 mm above the top net, effectively separating waste from the birds and thereby preventing disease transmission.
The water line height can be adjusted to accommodate the different growth stage of the birds. Every water line features an adjustable device that can be easily and flexibly positioned to ensure easy access for birds of all ages.
We use specially designed, adjustable warm LED lights, allowing for intensity modulation according to the birds' age. The bulbs are flicker-free, energy-efficient, waterproof and dustproof, and resistant to high-pressure washing.
