·Cage frame system: The cages are made of Al-Zn alloy mesh for superior rust resistance and a smooth, burr-free surface. Elasticized wire meshes provide both bird comfort and a soft landing for eggs, while the overall open design ensures optimal ventilation throughout the system. The middle supports are made from high-strength Al-Zn-Mg alloy sheet for enhanced durability.
· Automated Feeding: The system employs the filling device to transfer feed from an external silo to a distribution trolley aligned with each cage row. The trolley runs back and forth to dispense feed uniformly into troughs, ensuring all chickens have consistent access to feed.
· Automated Manure Removal: Each tier is fitted with a manure belt beneath the bottom net, allowing droppings to fall directly onto the belt. Operating on scheduled intervals, the belts transport waste out of the poultry house, significantly lowering ammonia levels and enhancing indoor air quality.
· Automated Environmental Control: Integrated control systems continuously regulate temperature, humidity, and ventilation to maintain a stable, comfortable living environment for the chickens.
·Egg Collection System: This system begins with high-friction belts that gently convey eggs minimizing breakage. The eggs are then smoothly transferred to an egg lift, known for its operational stability and minimal downtime. Engineered to exceed expectations, the entire system delivers exceptionally gentle handling, outstanding reliability, and effortless operation.
